Introductie

Past Reality Integration (PRI), helps you to live your life fully in the now. PRI is based on the premise that we, as adults, often perceive the world through the defense mechanisms that we have developed as children. The clear, detailed model will show you how your past negatively impacts your present life. But, more importantly, PRI will give the possibility to remove these blockages, with effective techniques and practical tools, that you can apply independently. In short, clients learn how to recognize whenever their perception of the her and now had been distorted (unknowingly) by the past. With simple steps the client is able to enter this old pain behind it, reprocess it, to live life fully in the now.
