The world scenario has been affected by the complex situation of refugees and their displacements, a subject of great interest in School and Educational Psychology, an area that has been struggling to guarantee the rights of all children to Education. The challenges are numerous in the teaching-learning process in view of the diversity of languages and cultures present in schools, considering the large number of immigrant students or refugees enrolled. Based on historical-cultural theory, the present study aims to investigate the mediation processes of both educators and colleagues to immigrant and / or refugee students enrolled in a Brazilian public school located in the city of São Paulo. As qualitative research, the present study will use the following methodological procedures: a. participant observation; b. individual semi-structured interviews with mothers of immigrant and / or refugee students, director, pedagogical coordinator and teachers; c. group interviews with students; d. documentary research on official documents and Brazilian laws. Data analysis will be performed through triangulation between the data obtained in the various methodological procedures. The information obtained in the selected scenes of the participant observations and the individual and collective interviews will be analyzed through the Content Analysis.
