Summary

The capacities of autonomy learning, the behalf style of an independent learner and indicator of lifelong learning, need be more emphasized in the new era while the coming of a trans-intelligent period. Chinese students’ belief, motivation, and behavior of learning were specific influenced or reflected by the social culture climate, which seems presented as passively that need to transform. Aim to enhance the teenagers’ motivation and strategies, for cultivated the autonomy learning capacities, the group project was developed as the prevention and promotion resource in Taiwan and Mainland China. Considering the cultural factors, Multi-dimension four elements: knowing/awareness, feeling/attitude, willing/attempted, and doing/action, which according to the eastern traditional Song-Ming Philosophy, could be adopted to design the transformation process of teenagers’ learning capacities in the group. Ten session projects moderate structure using were provided as the guideline, each assigned 90 min about and included warm-up, main activity, experiential review, stretching questions discussion and personal reflection. The practitioners as psychologist, counselor, social worker, or guidance teacher could use it either conducting once a week in the class or divided to using as the workshop. The effectiveness, benefits, and facilitation to teenagers, and the recommendations by the instructors will be proposed and discussed.
