Summary

An inclusive team in Slovak schools currently represents a group of professional staff working in positions such as school psychologists, special educational needs teachers, curative teachers, school speech therapists and social school workers. Within the framework of the educational counseling system at the level of education, these professions also cross the competences of pedagogical staff as a counselor, career counselor, teacher responsible for preventive school activities and teacher assistant. In this article, we aim to present overlaps among competencies of individual educational staff members as well as the teaching staff whit whom it is necessary to cooperate in developing a positive working climate at schools and support for inclusion in schools. We provide examples of good practice and suggestion how to streamline cooperation in school inclusive team.
