Summary

The purposes of this research are to understand that when counseling teachers deal with the student who has emotional problems, they have successful experiences and applied strategies. And how to use the systems collaboration approach to help the student who has emotional problems. Qualitative research method is adopted. The researchers conducted in-depth interviews. The major findings were:(1) The counseling teacher consider that if student know how to seek help when you have emotions, and be able to start building peers relationships, and controlling their emotions or reduce the frequency of anger. (2) The strategies used are art therapy, game therapy, and adventure therapy, which are the easiest to let the student relieve their emotions. (3) The effective way to deal with the student who has emotional problems is the systems collaboration. Let parents know about their children's performance in school. As long as the attitude of change or the adjustment of parenting mode, it will be of great help. And, the homeroom teacher helping the student establishes peer relationship, and retains some flexibility in their study requirements. School administrators assist in the integration of resources inside and outside the school to find more people and resource to help these students.
